Principle and function

Diamond composite sheet (PDC) is a special super-hard material formed by combining diamond micro-powder and cemented carbide under high temperature and high pressure conditions. The drill bits made from it have high drilling efficiency and long service life. Instructions for Use

When drilling to the bottom of the hole, first press gently and rotate slowly, with an appropriate pump volume. After drilling 0.2m to 0.3m, proceed to the normal drilling procedure. If abnormal vibration occurs or the drilling is too late or too slow during the drilling process, the drill should be lifted in time for inspection.

1. When installing the drill bit, it should be tightened all the way up.
2. There should be no foreign objects in the borehole.
